DB-Schenker – Management training
Management training in Svalbard
DB-Schenker wanted a management conference that would provide an input for life. We took the group to Svalbard north of the Arctic Circle. Here we put them on snowmobiles and went on a day trip through the most overwhelming nature to an old abandoned radio station. Here they were accommodated for 3 days, where we achieved fantastic results in the group teambuilding wise. We took them out in the wild wearing survival suits to keep stand-up meetings in minus 12 degrees with armed guards around us to chase any polar bears away. Everyone without exception got a fantastic positive experience for life that they will never forget.
